Supervision
Working with Associates
I provide LPC supervision in a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment for associate counselors who are motivated to grow into confident, ethical, and authentic clinicians. My supervision style values autonomy, creativity, and open communication, while offering structure, accountability, and thoughtful guidance throughout the licensure process.

I believe effective supervision is a partnership. I aim to create a space where you feel supported and challenged—encouraged to think critically, trust your clinical instincts, and develop your own professional identity while meeting all LPC supervision requirements.

We meet weekly for supervision, providing consistent time for case consultation, skill development, ethical discussion, and professional growth. Supervision sessions are reflective, practical, and tailored to your individual goals and clinical work.
