Amanda Lieberg, LPC-S
Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) dedicated to helping individuals—especially those with ADHD traits—understand themselves, find balance, and build meaningful, sustainable lives. My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and deep respect for each person’s unique way of moving through the world.

I specialize in supporting ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and executive-functioning challenges, as well as the families who love them. Whether you’ve lived with ADHD your whole life or you’re just beginning to wonder if your struggles fit the pattern, you’re not alone.

Do you find yourself…

-
Struggling to concentrate or stay organized?
-
Feeling overwhelmed by daily tasks, time management, or follow-through?
-
Getting anxious or discouraged when things feel “too much”?
-
Wanting systems that actually make sense to the way you think and process?

These are common experiences for ADHDers and other neurodivergent individuals—not personal failures. Together, we’ll uncover the strengths beneath the struggle and build tools that support the way your brain naturally works.

My work is collaborative, holistic, and evidence-informed. We’ll explore patterns, environments, and stressors that shape your well-being while developing practical strategies for:
Executive functioning (planning, prioritizing, organization)
Emotional regulation
Communication skills
Self-advocacy
Reducing overwhelm and creating workable routines

I also provide family support focused on strengthening connection, decreasing conflict, and building neurodiversity-affirming systems at home, school, and work.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, self-understanding, or more ease and peace in your daily life, I’m here to meet you exactly where you are—without judgment, without pressure, and with genuine care. Life is about creating balance. Let’s take this journey together.

I have recently accepted a position with Family Care Center in Round Rock,Texas and will be offering therapy services through FCC. I will continue to work with associate and graduate students as a supervisor under Balanced In Wellness Therapy.

Ever feel like you missed out on "life's little instruction manual"?
It can be incredibly challenging to navigate life, and finding the courage to ask for help is a huge step. Our fast-paced society often minimizes the importance of slowing down and looking within. When we are caught in a cycle of rehashing the past or rehearsing the future, feelings of anxiety, depression, hopelessness, overwhelm and fear can take hold. For many, pain acts as a powerful motivator, pushing us toward the action necessary for real transformation. I utilize a solution-focused, strengths-based approach which is rooted in a deep gratitude and reverence for each client I meet along the way.
As a mother to two teenagers, I truly enjoy supporting parents, adolescents and teens in navigating all seasons of family life. I draw upon a variety of modalities to inform my practice, including the Nurtured Heart Approach (as both a parent and counselor), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I am a strong advocate for the healing power of nature and regular physical activity, and I offer "Walk and Talk" therapy for those interested in incorporating the outdoors into our work.
In my free time, I enjoy mountain biking with my husband, hanging out with my two (very funny) teenagers, gardening, practicing yoga, and experiencing the amazing live music this city has to offer.
